Jessica Dorey LCSW
I'm Jessica Dorey, LCSW and President. I'm passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults navigate their mental health challenges. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, autism, trauma and more! I also have experience working with the school system advocating for IEP's and 504 plans for children with learning disabilities and behavioral challenges. If your goal is to be your best self, or help your children achieve their full potential I'm here to help!
I enjoy implementing play and art therapy techniques, to create a safe and expressive environment for my clients. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help them develop effective coping skills, distress tolerance and emotional regulation.

I am particularly skilled in supporting teens with IEPs or 504 plans, I focus on boosting their self-esteem, guiding them to recognize their potential, set goals, and redefine their future based on capabilities rather than disabilities.
