I'm Jessica Dorey, LCSW and President. I'm passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults navigate their mental health challenges. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, autism, trauma and more! I also have experience working with the school system advocating for IEP's and 504 plans for children with learning disabilities and behavioral challenges. I enjoy implementing play and art therapy techniques, to create a safe and expressive environment for my clients. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help them develop effective coping skills, distress tolerance and emotional regulation.
